Appeals & Tribunal Representation

Receiving an immigration or asylum refusal can be stressful, especially where your family life, protection claim, immigration status or future in the UK is at risk.
DirectWay Immigration Limited can review the refusal decision, advise on the merits of an appeal, prepare the appeal documents, gather and organise supporting evidence, and represent you before the Immigration Tribunal where appropriate.
Who Is This Service For?
This service is for individuals who have received an immigration or asylum refusal decision and need advice on whether the decision can be appealed or challenged before the Immigration Tribunal.
This may include refusals involving family life, private life, human rights, asylum, humanitarian protection, refugee family reunion, EUSS matters, deprivation decisions or other immigration decisions carrying a right of appeal.
We can also assist where an appeal has already been lodged and the case needs to be prepared for hearing, where further evidence needs to be submitted, where witnesses need to be prepared, or where an unfavourable Tribunal decision needs to be reviewed for possible permission to appeal to the Upper Tribunal.

Common Issues We Resolve
Appeals often involve detailed factual, evidential and legal issues which need to be addressed carefully before the hearing. We can assist where the refusal decision contains poor reasoning, where important evidence has been overlooked, where further evidence needs to be submitted, or where the Home Office has raised concerns about credibility, relationship evidence, Article 8, asylum risk, children’s best interests, suitability, immigration history or exceptional circumstances.
We can also assist where there are procedural issues, adjournment requests, unfairness concerns, errors of law, or where a Tribunal decision needs to be reviewed for possible onward appeal.
How DirectWay Can Help You
At DirectWay Immigration Limited, we provide expert support with immigration and asylum appeals, from reviewing the refusal decision through to representation before the Immigration Tribunal. We will assess the merits of your appeal, explain the process clearly, and identify the evidence needed to support your case.

We can prepare grounds of appeal, witness statements, appeal bundles, and Appellant's Skeleton Arguments, as well as correspond with the Tribunal and the Home Office. Where appropriate, we can also represent you before the Immigration Tribunal within the scope of our Level 3 authorisation.

Our approach is evidence-led and focused on presenting your appeal clearly, accurately, and with the strongest possible legal arguments, while providing practical guidance and honest advice throughout the process.
