Administrative Review & Reconsideration
If your application has been refused, an Administrative Review or a request for reconsideration may give you the opportunity to challenge the decision without making a fresh application. These remedies are designed to correct mistakes made by the Home Office, such as overlooking evidence or applying the rules incorrectly.
Administrative Reviews are available for certain types of visa refusals, while reconsideration requests can be made in cases where a decision was premature or evidence was not properly considered. Although these processes do not involve presenting new evidence or full appeals, they are time-sensitive and must be handled carefully to ensure that any errors are clearly identified and explained.
At DirectWay Immigration, we provide clear and precise support to help you present your case effectively, giving you the best chance of having an incorrect decision overturned.
