EU Applications
Following the UK’s exit from the European Union, many EU, EEA and Swiss citizens, and their family members, need to secure their status in the UK through specific immigration routes. The most common of these are the EU Settlement Scheme and Frontier Worker permits.
The EU Settlement Scheme allows eligible applicants to obtain settled or pre-settled status, confirming their right to live and work in the UK. In some cases, late applications are permitted, but these must be carefully explained and supported. Frontier Worker permits are available for EU citizens who continue to work in the UK while living in another country.
Although these applications may appear simple, incorrect or incomplete submissions can lead to delays or refusals. At DirectWay Immigration, we provide clear guidance and professional support to ensure your rights are properly secured and your application is handled with care.
